The fastest route
- Sign in to Jinxx and disconnect the relevant platform or site from the connected-accounts area.
- Revoke Jinxx in the third-party platform's own connected-app or permissions settings.
- If you want stored Jinxx data deleted as well, email [email protected] with the subject Jinxx data deletion request.
- Include the email address used for Jinxx, your organisation or brand, and the services or data you want removed. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Disconnecting a platform
Disconnecting stops Jinxx from making new authorised requests after the revocation is processed. Features that depend on the connection will stop working. Disconnecting does not remove content already published to the third-party service. Delete or edit that content on the destination itself.

Deleting a Jinxx account
To close an account and request deletion, email [email protected] or use Contact us. An organisation owner should identify the workspace and confirm whether the request covers one user, one brand, connected-platform data, or the full organisation account.
We may need to verify identity, authority, and the scope of the request. This protects accounts from fraudulent deletion.
What happens after a request
- We acknowledge and verify the request and may ask for limited additional information.
- New collection from a revoked connection stops after the revocation is processed.
- Personal information covered by a valid request is deleted or de-identified from active systems without undue delay and ordinarily within 30 days, unless law or a platform requires a shorter period.
- Protected backup copies may remain for up to 90 days and are not available for ordinary use.
- We confirm completion or explain any lawful exception.
Information we may retain
We may retain the minimum information required for invoices and tax records, fraud and security prevention, legal claims, proof of consent or deletion, enforcement of our Terms, or another legal obligation. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
Published content and customer copies
Deletion from Jinxx does not automatically delete content already published to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, or another destination. It also does not remove copies exported to Canva, downloaded by a user, or held by another member of your organisation. Use the destination's own controls or ask the relevant organisation administrator to remove those copies.
Platform-originated deletion requests
If LinkedIn, Meta, Canva, WordPress, or another Connected Service sends Jinxx a valid revocation or deletion instruction, we will act on it promptly and in line with the applicable platform terms and law. We may contact the account owner where clarification or authority is needed.
